we took part in elke‘s rawfood (urkost) camp in reichenbach (near kassel). 3 days full of sun, wonderful interesting like-minded people of all ages. we enjoyed staying outdoor almost all day (due to the wasps we preferred to eat indoor), hiking in the forest, swimming in a wonderful lake, dancing, talking about natural living, gardening, living in the tropes, love. i had to leave earlier so i missed the landart group i wanted to share in. all the same i really enjoyed the days to the full & i am so happy & grateful for the people i got to know, & for the inspiration.
last week we spent two days in zarrentin, visiting biggi & her family. enjoyed the sun, the talks, the company. biggi taught us how to mosaic … wanna have a look at our first works?

spending as much time as possible outdoor …
i so much felt like gardening, growing some things in our garden … so despite our plans i just let go. did some research to find out what to plant yet. i wanted some greens for the months to come. thought about growing curly kale but did not get seedlings …
with the kids’ help i digged over one third of our garden. i found seeds for stinging nettles & orache and some plants (comfrey, borage & something called ‘baumspinat’ (tree spinach) in german.) at rühlemann’s. furthermore, biggi gave seeds for spinach & field salad to me.
